INGREDIENTS
- PAM® Grilling Spray
- 1 golden pineapple, peeled, sliced, cored (1 pineapple = about 10 slices)
- 1 pkg (16 oz each) frozen pound cake, cut into 10 slices, thawed
- 1 jar (12 oz each) caramel ice cream topping
- Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping and fresh raspberries, optional

DIRECTIONS
- Spray grate of outdoor grill and utensils with PAM® Grilling Spray. Preheat grill to medium heat according to manufacturer’s directions.
- Grill pineapple slices until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
- Place slice of pound cake on serving plate. Top with slice of grilled pineapple and drizzle with caramel topping.
- Garnish just before serving with Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping and fresh raspberries, if desired.
