Reddi-wip® Grilled Pineapple Stack with Caramel Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • PAM® Grilling Spray
  • 1 golden pineapple, peeled, sliced, cored (1 pineapple = about 10 slices)
  • 1 pkg (16 oz each) frozen pound cake, cut into 10 slices, thawed
  • 1 jar (12 oz each) caramel ice cream topping
  • Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping and fresh raspberries, optional

DIRECTIONS

  • Spray grate of outdoor grill and utensils with PAM® Grilling Spray. Preheat grill to medium heat according to manufacturer’s directions.

 

  • Grill pineapple slices until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.

 

  • Place slice of pound cake on serving plate. Top with slice of grilled pineapple and drizzle with caramel topping.

 

  • Garnish just before serving with Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping and fresh raspberries, if desired.
