- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 4 packets Essential Everyday No Calorie Sweetener With Aspartame
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon Essential Everyday Ground Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound large uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4 bamboo skewers soaked in water 30 minutes
