Creamy Carnation Tiramisu

  • 12 oz can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
  • 3.4 oz box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 C fresh-whipped cream or frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 C hot water
  • 1/3 C instant coffee granules or brewed espresso
  • 2 T coffee liqueur
  • 2 pkgs Italian (dry) ladyfingers
  • 2 T unsweetened cocoa, for dusting

  1. Beat evaporated milk and pudding mix with stand mixer until combined; add cream cheese and mix until smooth.  Fold in 1 C of whipped cream.
  2. Mix water, coffee, and liqueur in a small bowl.  Dip ladyfingers in the mixture then lay one layer onto the bottom of an 8-inch-square baking dish.  Top with half of pudding mixture.  Repeat another layer of ladyfingers.  Finish with remaining pudding mixture and whipped cream.  Garnish with cocoa.  Cover & refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
