Prep: Using a small pastry brush, paint inside and rim of waffle cones with melted chocolate; place in shallow drinking glasses and set aside to harden.
Combine: In medium bowl, combine strawberries, raspberries and blueberries; toss to combine. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until well combined. Fold in whipped topping.
Create: Cones, berries and pudding mix can be refrigerated until ready to serve. To assemble cones, layer pudding and berries in cones, ending with berries.
