- 1 1/2 pounds plum tomatoes seeded, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2-4 fresh jalapeño peppers seeded, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon Essential Everyday Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

DIRECTIONS
- Prep: In food processor or blender, combine tomatoes, green onions, jalapeños, garlic, salt and pepper. Process to desired consistency
- Combine: Transfer to serving bowl; stir in cilantro
- Enjoy: Serve with tortilla chips
