INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Essential Everyday Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Essential Everyday Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Essential Everyday Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds king crab legs
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 ripe avocado pitted, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 large croissants
- tomato slices, lettuce

DIRECTIONS
- Prep: In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, green onions, and cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine: Gently fold in crab, celery and red pepper.
- Create: Place avocado slices in croissant. Top with crab salad and lettuce and tomato, if desired.
