INGREDIENTS
- 1 - 8 ounce package Essential Everyday Elbow Macaroni
- 2 large eggs hard boiled and chopped
- 1 medium tomato seeded and chopped
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 cup Essential Everyday Real Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Essential Everyday White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Essential Everyday Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 16 ounce package Essential Everyday Bacon cooked and crumbled

DIRECTIONS
- Prep: Prepare pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water and drain.
- Combine: In large bowl, combine cooled pasta, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, red pepper and onions; set aside.

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard; salt and pepper to taste. Toss with salad.
- Create: Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight. Toss with bacon just before serving.
