Hot Salsa

  • Serves: Makes 2 1/2 Cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 4 ounce can Essential Everyday Diced Jalapeno Peppers drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • - juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 28 ounce can Essential Everyday Petite Diced Tomatoes drained

DIRECTIONS

  • Prep:  In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except tomatoes; salt and pepper to taste.
  •  
    Process to desired consistency.

 

  • Create:  Transfer to a large bowl; stir in tomatoes.
