King Crab Salad Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup Essential Everyday Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Essential Everyday Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Essential Everyday Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds king crab legs
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 ripe avocado pitted, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 large croissants
  • tomato slices, lettuce

DIRECTIONS

  • Prep:  In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, green onions, and cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.

 

  • Combine:  Gently fold in crab, celery and red pepper.

 

  • Create:  Place avocado slices in croissant. Top with crab salad and lettuce and tomato, if desired.
