V8® Antioxidant Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup V8® Fruit & Vegetable Blends Strawberry Banana, chilled
  • 1 frozen banana (about 1/2 cup if sliced)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk dairy free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine:  Add the V8® Fruit & Vegetable Blends, banana, blueberries, yogurt, oats, almond butter, chia and spinach, if desired, to a blender.

 

  • Create:  Cover and blend until smooth.  Serve immediately.
