INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup V8® Fruit & Vegetable Blends Healthy Greens, chilled
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 small avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest (from 1 small lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine: Add the V8® Fruit & Vegetable Blends, pineapple, avocado, chia seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice and ginger to a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

 

  • Create: Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
