Vanilla Pudding with Berries

INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 pudding cups (3.25 oz each) Snack Pack® Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding
  • Reddi-wip® Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping

DIRECTIONS

  • Prep - Combine berries and cinnamon in small microwave-safe bowl; cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Stir; microwave 30 seconds more or until berries are thawed and warm.

 

  • Combine - Spoon pudding into serving dishes. Divide berry mixture evenly and place on top of pudding.

 

  • Create - Top each with one serving (2 tablespoons) Reddi-wip.
